Andy is the Head of Community and Development for Weymouth in the Community and thrives on supporting the local area, using football as a tool to engage with as many people as possible. A former coach for Plymouth Argyle and the FA, Andy brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role, aiming to replicate that same sense of community connection here in Weymouth.

Finley Jarvis - Lead Coach

Finley is a first-class graduate from Oxford Brookes University. He has since moved into coaching, leading Weymouth in the Community’s after-school and development sessions. Finley is passionate about inspiring the next generation through football and is looking to work with even more schools to help young players grow both on and off the pitch.

Andy Cleeton - Development Coach

Andy is our Development Centre coach, known for his high energy and excellent footballing IQ. He brings great enthusiasm to every session, creating an environment that challenges and inspires players to reach their full potential. Andy’s passion lies in developing and pushing the next generation to grow both on and off the pitch.

Paul Rogers - School Coach

Paul is a dedicated coach with Weymouth in the Community and also serves as the Assistant Coach for the Weymouth FC Women’s team. His main focus and passion lie in delivering disability and school sessions, where he works hard to make football accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
